Christian Community Church (CCC) is a non-denominational Church in beautiful Homer, Alaska looking for an Administrative and Worship Pastor to partner with our Lead Pastor to make disciples who make disciples.  The right person will bring needed administrative organization to the church, share oversight and development of ministries, and give leadership to the worship and media ministries of the church. 

CCC is evangelical, elder led, soft complementarian, and multigenerational church.  While the church is solidly in the evangelical tradition, the lead pastor is Calvinistic.  Our mission is to make disciples who make disciples.  We have a blended worship style with a focus on theologically rich contemporary worship songs and preaching that is gospel-centered expository messages.  Our discipleship pathway moves individuals from our Sunday morning worship experience into small groups and then into intentional discipleship groups.
