Position: Senior/Lead Pastor
Overview
Fellowship Baptist Church (FBC) is seeking a Pastor to shepherd our congregation through faithful preaching of God’s Word, intentional discipleship, and visionary leadership. The Pastor will partner with the elders to strengthen the church and expand its gospel impact in the surrounding community.

FBC is a Bible-centered church with a Baptist heritage, committed to elder-led leadership with congregational involvement. We value expositional preaching, a blended worship style (modern songs and traditional hymns), and a strong sense of community.
We are located in a rural region of Northern Indiana, serving a hardworking and relationally connected population.
Who We Are Seeking
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 5–10 years of pastoral ministry experience (assistant/associate preferred)
- Be a faithful expositor of Scripture with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate spiritual maturity, humility, and a shepherd’s heart
- Be committed to discipleship and leadership development
- Have the ability to cast vision and lead with clarity and follow-through
- Appreciate and effectively minister in a rural, small-church context
Key Responsibilities
- Preach and teach God’s Word with clarity and conviction
- Equip members for the work of ministry
- Provide vision and direction in partnership with the elders
- Develop leaders and strengthen church ministries
- Engage the local community and encourage outreach

Compensation
A competitive compensation package will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
