EHCBC is a member of the IFCA, an independent Bible Church

Mission Statement:

            To present the gospel of Jesus Christ in such a way that it will turn non-Christians into converts; Converts into disciples; and disciples into mature, fruitful leaders who will in turn go into the world and reach others for Christ.

History: EHCBC started as Sunday School in 1932. Grew into a church by the late 50-60s and continued to grow for the next 30 years. Previous programs that were started within the church were choir, Ladies circle, youth groups (Olympians and Teens Involved through Word Of Life Bible Institute), and some home bible studies.

Needs: Pastor/Shepherd- part/full time needs currently.

-          Needs to have desire to reach the lost- community minded- creative ways to get the gospel out

-          Needs to be visible in the community and surrounding areas

-          Needs to be a leader who can incorporate helpers within the church

-          Team builder- gather good people around, with a vision for lost

-          Make disciples who are grounded in Word of God.

-          Cares for needs of flock and continuously looks for ongoing ways to address them.

-          All this is done through much prayer and teaches others the benefit and importance of a sincere prayer life

-          Sees a multi-ethnic town and welcomes and serves to best serve others.
