Position Summary
The Senior Pastor is called by God to serve as the primary preacher and teacher of God’s Word, visionary leader, and shepherd of the congregation. Working in partnership with the Elder Board, he will lead the church to fulfill its Mission and Vision* and glorify God through Bible-centered worship, discipleship, evangelism, and community impact. He will champion Biblical Elder leadership, equip the saints for ministry, and foster a culture of humility, unity, and spiritual maturity.
