Great Hearts Academies is a network of 50 K-12 public, open-enrollment, tuition-free charter schools. We provide over 30,000 students with access to a high quality, classical liberal arts education. Teachers do not have to complete an education degree or teacher preparation program.  We are able to hire men and women who have studied diverse subjects such as Ministerial Studies, Communications, and Bible Studies, and we work hard to provide all our new hires with the training and support they need to do their jobs effectively. As such, we love to hire liberal arts majors of all backgrounds who have the rich content knowledge to deliver instruction in middle school and high school.
