Safe Families PLUS (Providing Lasting Unconditional Support) is a mentorship program connecting youth and young adults ages 14–21 in the foster care system with caring, committed adult mentors. We exist to ensure that no young person ages out of foster care without a consistent, supportive adult in their corner.
Safe Families PLUS is a program of Safe Families for Children, a national organization that creates circles of support around vulnerable children and isolated families.
