Lakeview Covenant Church is seeking a Part-Time College Pastor to shepherd our college students. The applicant should be experienced in ministering to this life stage. We welcome all applicants who are either Biblically trained, or presently being trained in a seminary or Bible college institution. They must have a heart to lead and develop leaders for God’s Kingdom.

Responsibilities would include:

·      overall shepherding for the Movement group (name for college group) – about 20-25 students

·      disciple them and the leaders

·      organize events and activities (retreats, missions, events, etc.)

·      occasionally preach in the English Congregation

·      attend weekly group and staff meetings.

Capacity: part-time (20-25 hours per week)

Salary: part-time, $14,400-$15,600 / year

Visitation & Gas: $1000 / year

Continuing Education: $500 / year
