Eden Church in Edwardsville, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries (Youth Pastor) to serve the spiritual needs of students in grades 6–12. We are looking for a person with a strong Christian faith, a passion for youth, and the ability to develop Christ-centered, Biblically based programs. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building relationships with students and families, and will play a key role in nurturing the spiritual growth of our youth community.  This full-time position is responsible for all youth programming, including leading youth groups, confirmation classes, and supervising the Sunday School program. Additional duties include recruiting, training, and empowering volunteers; collaborating with church staff; and maintaining a vibrant, safe, and innovative ministry environment. Compensation ranges from $38,000–$42,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
