Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA is seeking a Pastor of Family Ministry to bring a unified vision, alignment, and operational excellence to next-generation ministries across four campuses. This is a highly strategic role in a complex, multi-site church that desires to disciple children and students from birth through high school with clarity and consistency.

The church has strong programs and committed volunteers, but lacks a single leader who owns the cohesive discipleship pathway across campuses. The right leader will bring high emotional intelligence, organizational strength, team coaching, and the ability to unify without micromanaging. Year one success will mean improved alignment, stronger volunteer support, clearer transitions between age groups, and consistent ministry standards across all campuses.
