The Associate Campus Youth Pastor is responsible for leading and developing the spiritual health of students and families and provide pastoral support at Elmbrook Church’s Lake Country campus.  As the Campus Youth Pastor, the primary responsibility will be to develop a healthy vibrant youth ministry focused on both discipleship of students and connection with students throughout the community.  As Associate Campus pastor, this role assumes responsibilities of pastoral care, accountability for serve teams on campus and support of community outreach engagement through volunteers. This role will report directly to the Campus Pastor and will work closely with Campus Kid’s Coordinator and Campus Connections Coordinator to achieve ministry objectives.    General Responsibilities: Lake Country Youth Ministry: Develop a vibrant student ministry program at Lake Country with a focus on outreach to the community and discipleship of student. This will include recruitment of student ministry volunteer teams, development of youth worship services, long range program planning, mission trip and camp experiences.  Campus Youth Coordinator will determine the most effective strategy for junior high and senior high specific programming in conjunction with Elmbrook Church’s Family Ministry Director. In addition, this role will be responsible for equipping families to bring faith into the home through a variety of avenues including parenting resourcing, classes, and shared family experiences.  Lake Country Associate Pastor: Accountable for creating traction and momentum in serve teams consisting of 256 volunteers involved in campus ministry. Support a lead team of lay members organizing community outreach efforts for the campus. Since then, we have re-established our identity in the community and we are being led by the Lord to now emphasize outreach to Benton and the surrounding small communities including Hazel Green, Cuba City, Shullsburg and the outlying areas...a population of around 11,000 people.  We are uniquely positioned, being centrally located in this area, as the only church that is preaching the born-again Gospel of the Lord Jesus and fostering a conservative Biblical Kingdom-centered discipleship, based in the literal Truth of God’s Word and a dependency on the Holy Spirit. “The fields are ripe unto harvest” certainly describes our footprint in this area of beautiful Southwest Wisconsin. Church and Ministry Description: Living Water Evangelical Church (LWEC) is a non-denominational church with 650+ in attendance. LWEC is predominantly a Chinese-American Church with services in Mandarin and English. The youth ministry consists an average attendance of 100 students from 6th grade – 12th grade. First Baptist Church of St. Johns exists to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ by exalting Him in worship, evangelizing the lost in our community and around the world, edifying believers through the ministry of the Word, and equipping the saints for the work of service.   We are in a suburban community North of Lansing MI (the state capitol) with a pastoral staff of three looking to fill the position left vacant in January of this year. We are currently looking for an Associate Pastor of Discipleship. Objective:  The mission of the Associate Pastor of Discipleship is to support the teaching ministries of First Baptist Church, counsel individuals as requested, shepherd the congregation, and oversee ministries of First Baptist Church as directed. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is preferred or pastoral ministry experience may be substituted in lieu of a formal degree. A minimum of two years of experience in pastoral ministry is preferred, with responsibilities in education, counseling, and Pastoral care. Our former youth pastor, who had served HCC for 7 years, was called to be the new Senior Pastor of a church here in Highland and with the blessings of our Senior Pastor and Elder Board transitioned there in mid-August 2018. We would like our new pastor to start as soon as possible. HCC is an independent, evangelical, non-denominational, doctrinally conservative church with a Biblically literate and gifted, active congregation of 150 members. We have 2 Sunday morning services (only difference is musical style: one contemporary, one light contemporary) and have been an AWANA church since 1984. HCC is located in a vibrant, middle class, family-oriented community of 9,900 located 30 miles northeast of St Louis and 25 miles north of Scott AFB.   Associate Pastor Position Opening   Shiloh Christian Church 1047 N. County Road 350 W. Logansport, IN  46947   Shiloh Christian Church is a non-denominational rural congregation just outside Logansport, IN.  God has blessed our church in many ways. Our church, which is administratively governed by a board made up of members, has between 170 – 200 in attendance each Sunday.  We have a beautiful facility which is less than 10 years old and a debt that is currently being paid off 10 years ahead of schedule. Shiloh draws from all of Cass County, which has an approximate population of 38,000 people.  Cass County has many churches, but the population of the county is basically unchurched, so our fields are ripe for harvest.  Our church has a strong missional view of the community, the country, and the world.  Shiloh goes on church sponsored mission trips and currently supports in excess of 25 missions, missionaries, and projects.  In 2018, approximately $50,000.00 was ear-marked for missions to spread the Gospel throughout the world.        We are looking for a new Associate Pastor because our current Lead Pastor is retiring, and we are promoting from within to fill that vacancy.  Shiloh has had a long term, loving relationship with its pastors and hopes to continue that tradition.
