We are seeking a FT Associate Pastor with a focus on Family and Discipleship Ministries. A full job description can be found on our church website at www.faithfellowshipbrandon.com We are also seeking a FT Pastor Children and Youth. We have been blessed in the past couple of years with some wonderful growth including many youth families along with a growing number of senior saints and college age students. We need assistance in particular, with this position, in ministering to our families, many of whom are young in the Lord, still unsaved, and some more mature in their faith. We have a great outreach potential to the many different nationalities (incl. a new Chinese Bible study to our Chinese population) in the city, so knowing a second language, like Ukrainian or Spanish etc (not required) would be helpful. We have a good missions program that could benefit from a missions minded associate.

FFBC is a member of the FEBC (Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist churches of Canada). We are a growing church with approx. 200-250 new folks in the last couple of years. We have a about 100 Sr's, 140 children and youth and a large number of young families. We baptized 17 folks since March 2025. We are in need of two pastors currently - an Associate Pastor (focus on family ministry) and a Children and Youth Pastor.
