In an effort to develop more leaders for the Body of Christ, this Residency role is two to four years, full-time, with hands on ministry experience focused on developing ministry leaders. Concurrent with the hands-on-ministry, Ministry Residents will also have significant training for future ministry. We have partnered with Grace Seminary (Winona Lake, IN) and their Deploy program so that Residents earn an MA or an MDiv. At the conclusion of the program, the Resident will be better equipped to serve in a church or parachurch context, serving the Body of Christ wherever God calls.

Serving at one of Harvest Bible Chapel's 5 Chicago area campuses, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a calling to vocational ministry. Open for both men and women.
