Summary:
The Worship Leader is responsible for cultivating Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship that supports the mission and vision of the church. This role leads the congregation in musical worship, develops and disciples worship team members, and collaborates with pastoral leadership to create worship gatherings that are theologically sound, culturally engaging, and spiritually formative. In a broader sense, the Worship Leader helps steward the worship life of the church by shaping a culture that values authenticity, unity, and spiritual depth. For these reasons, this position is well-suited for someone who senses a call to pastoral ministry and desires to grow in shepherding, leadership, and spiritual oversight within the life of the local church.

Through prayerful leadership and creative vision, this role invites the church to respond to God with a unified reverence and joy, as well as humility and dependence, helping people engage in worship not only as a moment within a service, but as an ongoing rhythm that shapes the life of the community.
