This two-year, full-time paid internship is designed to equip aspiring ministry leaders for lifelong service in the church. Interns will receive hands-on training in youth ministry while developing the character, competencies, and theological foundation necessary for vocational ministry.

We are seeking a passionate, called, and spiritually maturing man to join our team as a Youth Ministry Intern. This full-time, paid position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on ministry experience while being mentored and equipped for vocational ministry. The internship runs for a two-year term. At its conclusion, there may be opportunity to transition into a full-time staff role within our church.

This internship is designed for men who are pursuing full-time vocational ministry and desire to develop their gifts, skills, and character in a supportive church environment.
You will work directly with middle and high school students, assist in leading ministry programs, and receive intentional mentoring from experienced ministry leaders. This is more than a job—it's a formative experience that will shape your calling and prepare you for long-term gospel ministry.
