The Role:
The full-time IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing IT services to staff, Professional Foster Parents and youth in care at all One Family Illinois (One Family Illinois) sites. The IT Support Specialist will serve as the IT support function to the business while working with a third party outside IT provider (Bridgepoint).
Duties:
-Prepare hardware prior to new employee onboarding
-Work with Bridgepoint to establish new employee accounts (i.e. MS Office 365, Dropbox, etc.)
-Prepare hardware after employee off boarding
-Communicate with Bridgepoint to provide remote response and troubleshooting
-Provide in-person response and troubleshooting
-Monitor servers and workstation to anticipate issues before they cause downtime
-Manage server and workstation scheduled monthly patching
