Tri-State Christian School is seeking a full-time Secondary Math Teacher (JH&HS). This position begins in August of 2026 and runs concurrent with the 2026-27 school year

Professional Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Education, Mathematics, or a related field, with experience in education
- Exemplary people skills
- Administrative and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- The ability to pass a mandatory background check
- Approachable, collaborative, and enthusiastic about Christian education
- Discerning, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities
- Study, pray and seek out God’s direction in their teaching ministry while employed at TSCS
- Implement school programs, policies, and procedures under the Principal’s direction
- Prepare and follow a personal plan for spiritual, professional, and personal growth
- Collaborate effectively with the principal, staff, parents, and others
- Work with the principal to achieve curriculum objectives
- Review lessons and student evaluation results to determine if student needs are being met
- Assess teaching performance through self-evaluation and reflection
- Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning
- Develop and enhance the school program
- Foster students’ spiritual maturity by integrating, applying, and communicating Biblical truth
