Oak Tree Community Church is looking for a part-time youth leader. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, creating engaging weekly environments, and helping students take next steps in their faith. This position is ideal for someone who loves students, thrives in a team environment, and is called to make a spiritual impact during some of the most formative years of life.
Time Commitment
- 10– 15 hours per week (flexible depending on role scope)
- Weekly youth gatherings (typically 1–2 nights per week)
- Monthly leader meetings and planning time
- Occasional events, retreats, and special activities
Qualifications
- A growing and authentic relationship with Jesus
- Passion for students and youth ministry
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and organize in a team setting
- Previous youth ministry experience preferred but not required

Compensation
- Part-time, paid position
- Compensation based on experience and hours (to be discussed during the hiring process)

Oak Tree Community Church is a non-denominational church located in Oak Forest. We are about 30 miles south of Chicago. Our congregation currently is 50-60 people. Our Pastor, Dave Klusacek, is an MBI alumnus. As a growing church, we are in need of filling different ministry positions.
