The Youth Pastor is a full-time position responsible for overseeing ministry and making disciples of youth in grades 6–12, partnering with parents and leading volunteers in that endeavor.
We have a vibrant youth ministry that is healthy and growing. We regularly see 80–100 combined Middle and High School students at our Monday Youth Group gathering, with special events seeing up to 100 students. We are looking for a Youth Pastor who can pick up the ministry and run with it, potentially forming separate Middle School and High School groups, recruiting and developing more volunteer leaders, and furthering the current vision of making whole disciples of youth and launching them into the world to love God and neighbor.
