Spend your summer 50 feet up, walking campers through the moment they decide they can do it. As a Timber Challenge Facilitator, you'll run the zipline, high ropes, climbing tower, and archery range, keeping safety and spiritual impact at the center of every element.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate high-adventure activities including zipline, high ropes, tower, and archery
- Prioritize safety while encouraging confidence and teamwork
- Assist in maintaining challenge course areas and equipment
- Help campers and guests feel welcomed and supported
- Reflect Christ's love through your actions and words
- Participate in staff training and team meetings
- Assist with camper arrival and departure on weekends
- Participate in camp activities planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, primarily after dinner hours
- Flex into other roles and temporary assignments as needed, including Cabin Leader
