A FT position we've entitled "Children and Youth Pastor", to care for the approx 140+ children and teens in our middle size and growing congregation. We are also looking for an Associate Pastor as our church has grown by about 200-250 in the last couple of years to ave 300-330 on Sunday mornings. We currently run an AWANA program (100 children) and a youth ministry (growing at 30-40 youth). FFBC is a member of the FEBC (Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist churches of Canada). We are a growing church with approx. 200-250 new folks in the last couple of years. We have a about 100 Sr's, 140 children and youth and a large number of young families. We baptized 17 folks since March 2025.
