World Gospel Outreach is looking for the right person to be the Children's Services Manager in Honduras. This person will be responsible for overseeing the development and care of children at Rancho Ebenezer. They will manage all personnel that interact directly with the children and have an effect on their development. The Children’s Services Manager will ensure that all the needs of children are met and take action to remedy any issue that may arise. This person can be either a North American missionary, or a Honduran resident.

About World Gospel Outreach, Inc.
World Gospel Outreach (WGO) is a protestant, non-denominational, evangelical church ministry founded in the United States and doing ministry in Honduras and Belize. Our Belizean and Honduran staff, our full-time missionaries and our North American teams are comprised of people representing many denominational backgrounds. While there may be some doctrinal differences, we choose to lay those differences aside. What we will not compromise on are the essential truths of the Person and Work of Jesus Christ as revealed in Scripture. We choose to unite around and unreservedly adhere to these truths. We ask all who come to serve in submission to these same truths.
Our vision is “Impacting the faith of Christ followers through serving and evangelizing children and the poor.” We are driven to pursue this vision because of three fundamental Biblical mandates:
- To care for the poor, especially the widows and orphans (James 1:27).
- To be fishers of men and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost (Matthew 4:19).
- To be accountable before God for how we meet the needs of others (Matthew 25:31-46)
