A Gospel Homeless Mission/Shelter ~
At Pacific Garden Mission, we are passionate about the gospel and transforming lives through it. The Mission’s target audience is the homeless; transient; and anyone in need of shelter, clothing, and food.
Our desire is to connect with those lost and hurting who find themselves in desperate situations, and to show them the true Way to a new life.
We are a non-profit organization, supported fully by our donors, and every service offered is completely free to our transient guests. We reach the homeless through physical means first, meeting their immediate and most urgent needs. And in this way, we draw them into a loving community where we can offer longer-term rehabilitative programs and teach the truth of the gospel.
We believe that a hand up is a much more loving means of assistance than a hand out, and we seek to aid our guests in becoming healthy and productive members of society – and ultimately, followers of Christ.
Amen
