Center Manager (Part-Time, ~30 hours/week)

Informed Choices is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pregnancy Care Center in Crystal Lake and help ensure women and families facing pregnancy decisions receive compassionate, life-affirming support.

This leadership role focuses on leading and equipping volunteers who serve clients, coordinating the center’s volunteer and client schedules, and ensuring the center operates smoothly during open hours. Through this role, the Center Manager helps ensure every client experiences compassionate, life-affirming care during a critical moment in her life.

The Center Manager maintains a welcoming, professional environment for clients and volunteers and provides direct client support when volunteers are unavailable.

The Center Manager also oversees key operational responsibilities including volunteer onboarding and training, schedule coordination, center organization, and day-to-day facility needs. This role works closely with staff and medical personnel to ensure that each client receives compassionate and consistent care.

The ideal candidate is a committed Christian who supports the mission and values of Informed Choices and has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a heart for serving women, families, and volunteers.

This is a part-time position (approximately 30 hours per week) based on-site at our Crystal Lake Center. The schedule occurs during center operating hours and may include some early evening hours to meet client needs.
