About the Role
The Executive Pastor will serve alongside the Lead Pastors to help translate vision into action across the life of the church.
This leader will help strengthen the ministries and systems that support discipleship by:
• Leading and developing ministry leaders and staff
• Helping ministries thrive with clear structure and healthy systems
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and organizational alignment
• Supporting the church’s discipleship pathways and leadership development
• Creating clarity so the Lead Pastors can focus on vision, teaching, and shepherding
This is a role for someone who loves both the spiritual life of the church and the operational health that helps ministry flourish.
