Youth Director (Full-Time)

Position Overview
Maple Grove Bible Church is seeking a full-time Youth Director to lead and develop a growing youth ministry. The ideal candidate will be a man who demonstrates a clear calling to ministry and a passion for discipling the next generation.
In addition to leading the youth program, this individual may serve in other areas of church ministry according to his gifts and as time allows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the church’s youth ministry (middle school through high school)
Teach biblically sound lessons and encourage spiritual growth
Build meaningful relationships with students and their families
Recruit, train, and support volunteers
Plan activities, events, and outreach opportunities
Collaborate with church leadership to support the overall mission of the church
Assist in other ministry areas as gifted and needed
Qualifications
A clear calling to youth ministry
Strong biblical knowledge and teaching ability
Relational and able to connect well with students
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Prior youth ministry experience preferred, though passion and aptitude are highly valued
Alignment with the church’s doctrinal position (conventional Baptist doctrine; IFCA International affiliation)
Additional Opportunity
This position may provide a pathway for future pastoral leadership, as the church would welcome a candidate open to the possibility of transitioning into a Lead Pastor role over time.

Maple Grove Bible Church is a welcoming and caring congregation of approximately 80 people with a strong reputation in the Marshall community. We serve a broad demographic, including children, youth, young adults, and seniors. With a growing number of children in our church, we are eager to strengthen and expand our youth ministry for the future.
Compensation & Support
Starting salary: $44,200 annually
Housing: negotiable
