Clinical Care Specialist/Program Advocate, Reset West Dundee
The Clinical Program Advocate/Care Specialist is a lead clinician for participant services and programming in the Reset program. The Clinical CS is responsible for holding a caseload of participant program oversight in collaboration with the Program Manager and Case Manager for the participants enrolled in the Naomi’s House drop-in services with Reset. The Clinical CS collaborates with the care teams across various NH programs in multi-disciplinary meetings as needed for clients enrolled in services. The Clinical Care Specialist will assist in leading therapeutic, educational, and life skills groups within Reset Program and amongst community partners. A Clinical PCS may hold a case load of individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy and case management. The Clinical CS should exhibit strong relational and communication skills and be prepared to work collaboratively with other Naomi’s House staff and community partners. This position is full-time. The Clinical Care Specialist reports directly to the Reset Program Manager.
