POSITION OVERVIEW
SALT (Serve and Learn Together) is a Christian young adult summer residential program designed for individuals ages 18–23 who desire to grow in their faith, live in an intentional Christian community, and gain meaningful work experience.
SALT Staff Members serve at Green Lake Conference Center from June 7 through August 9, 2026. Participants begin with on-site training and then serve throughout the summer in operational roles while engaging in structured spiritual formation and leadership development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Service & Work Experience
SALT Staff Members serve in essential campus roles, including:

Groundskeeping
Staff work collaboratively to support conferences, retreats, and guests while maintaining excellence in hospitality and service.
Spiritual Formation & Leadership Development
In addition to daily work responsibilities, SALT participants engage in:

Gospel communication training

Bible studies

Leadership development sessions

Intentional Christian community living
The program is designed to strengthen participants’ faith, character, and leadership skills through both service and discipleship.
