Mason County Reformed Church near Ludington, MI is seeking a full-time Next Generation Director. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal and relational skills with youth, young adults, and parents. They will provide leadership that prepares youth and young adults to live as fully devoted followers of Jesus.
As they serve, they will help this congregation of about 200 weekly worshipers be a body of believers that “does life together” with the main goal of raising up and sending out maturing Christians into the world. They will be aligned with and be inspired to help us to fulfill our mission of “Real People, Real Life, Real Transformation in Jesus Christ.”
Mason County Reformed Church is located seven miles from the shore of Lake Michigan on Highway 10 between Ludington, MI and Scottville, MI. Ludington is a community of approximately 8,000 residents and the area brings in many vacationers in the summer. Scottville is a smaller community of about 1,500 people, located two miles East of MCRC.
