Director of Worship Ministries

Meadows Christian Fellowship is a growing, multi‑generational church seeking a full‑time Director of Worship to guide and grow our worship ministry. We are looking for someone who loves Christ and His church, has a heart for reaching the community, and can lead our congregation in Christ‑centered, Spirit‑empowered worship. This role blends worship leadership, team development and administration, creative planning, musical & technical oversight, ministry collaboration, and community engagement.

Someone who will thrive in this role will have:

• Growing devotion to Christ and commitment to biblical theology

• Strong vocal ability (proficiency in guitar or piano preferred)

• Competency in reading music and basic music theory

• Experience with live sound and media tools

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

• Effective communication skills (ability to speak Spanish is beneficial)
