Faith Community Church is currently seeking a pastor God has called to lead us. The church operates without denominational affiliation and actively serves the community through various outreach programs.  Our services feature prayer, music and scripture.

To fulfill this purpose, the Pastor shall: 

• Provide services of worship at which the Word of God is preached and the sacraments are administered.

• Provide pastoral care and assist all members to participate in this ministry.

• Teach the Word of God.

• Witness to the reconciling Word of God in Christ, reaching out to all people.

• Respond to human need, work toward righteousness and peace, care for the sick and participate responsibly in society.

• Challenge, equip, and support all members in carrying out their calling in their daily lives and in this congregation.

• Motivate its members to provide financial support for this congregation’s ministry and the ministry of other parts of the church.

Position Overview

The Pastor of Faith Community Church will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and vision for the congregation while fostering a culture of growth, and a Spirit-Filled life filled with compassion and faithful service.

Compensation

Salary: $32,000-$48,000 dependent on education and experience for a ½ to ¾ time position.  Benefits negotiable.
