Heritage Baptist Church in Prattville, AL, is looking for a full-time Youth and Worship Pastor. This person will lead our student ministries (60% of the job), lead weekly worship, and manage the music ministry volunteers (40% of the job). We have a strong group of music volunteers who can help lead, lead the choir, and support the music ministry. The church has a full-time Senior Pastor, a full-time Assistant Pastor, a part-time Children's Ministry Director, and a part-time Administrator.
