Who are we:
We are a small Korean American church located in the northwest suburbs of the Chicagoland area to be a church that is centered around Christ. Our church has been founded since 1992 in the city of Prospect Heights and is under the KPCA denomination.
Our youth group ranges from 6th to 12th grade students that regularly meet on Sundays for service at 11am, and Friday nights at 8pm.

Who you are:
As the youth pastor your main responsibilities will be:
To preach to the youth group on Sundays
To disciple and care for the students and their spiritual growth
To lead and develop a team of volunteer leaders
To organize activities for Friday nights, retreats, short-term mission trips, as well as any other events organized through the church
To partner and be in communication with the parents of the students
Qualifications:
A growing personal relationship with Jesus.
A call to serve the youth and next generation.
Have at least 2+ years of experience working with 6th to 12th grade students
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required, or currently attending a Bible college.
Willing to obtain and work towards a Masters of Divinity (MDiv), if not already obtained.
Compensation/Salary can be discussed upon hire.
