Part-time Worship Director/Leader

Job Description

StoneBridge Bible Church is seeking a part-time Director of Worship/Music Ministry (15–20 hours per week) to lead Christ-centered worship and help shape meaningful Sunday gatherings. 

This role is responsible for planning and leading weekly worship services, including song selection, service flow and lyric preparation, while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience both in person and online. The director will recruit, schedule and support volunteer musicians, vocalists and AV team members, lead weekly rehearsals and foster a positive and encouraging team culture. This individual will collaborate closely with pastoral staff, help develop and empower additional worship leaders and lead worship for special services and events such as holidays, baptisms and funerals. 

The ideal candidate demonstrates a growing and vibrant faith in Jesus, a clear understanding of biblical worship and musical proficiency in leading worship. Strong teamwork, communication skills and a willingness to invest in the life of the church are essential. Experience with tools such as Planning Center, ProPresenter and CCLI is preferred. Keyboard proficiency is preferred.

StoneBridge is a member of the Evangelical Free Church of America and is located in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
