The Pastor to Students is an elder-qualified man who provides pastoral leadership for the student ministries of BCLR. The Pastor to Students will be responsible for planning and leading weekly services for seventh through twelfth grade students, preaching and teaching weekly, organizing and training volunteers, and planning and leading events. This
includes the implementation of BCLR’s vision and distinctives in the student ministry. He also serves the congregation through the performance of pastoral and shepherding duties.
